For those looking to try their hand at pottery for the first time, we would recommend booking one or more 2-hour taster sessions:
1 session allows you to make two or three simple pieces, and decorate with coloured slips. We will then glaze with simple transparent glaze for you to collect
2 or 3 sessions will allow you to make, decorate and glaze one or two worthwhile pieces
Or book a block of sessions to suit your group
Techniques for creating pottery pieces include coiling, draping, sculpting, or slabwork - the selection is tailored to the group’s needs, prior to the session.
